The Day

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to be seated by 3:45 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

What time does the shuttle leave?

Shuttles depart at 3:00 PM from Hotel Trio, The Lodge at Healdsburg, and a central downtown Healdsburg pick up.

When does the evening end?

The celebration winds down at 11:00 PM, with shuttles returning to all three stops at the end of the night.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

The event will fully be outdoors, so plan to bring a light coat or wrap for the end of the night.

Attire

What should I wear?

Black tie optional. The ceremony is on grass, so a block heel is your friend, and we recommend a light jacket or wrap for the evening.

Will it be cold at night?

Yes — vineyard evenings turn cool, even in September. A light jacket or wrap is a good idea, especially for dancing under the stars.

Can I wear color?

Of course. Healdsburg in late summer is a beautiful backdrop for rich, warm tones.

Travel & Stay

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at The Lodge at Healdsburg. Hotel Trio and Montage Healdsburg are also lovely options and close to the weekend's events, though we do not have a block at either.

Do I need a car?

Not necessarily. The shuttle is required for the wedding day. If you want to explore wineries, a car or rideshare is helpful — though rideshare can be limited in the hills.

Which airport should I fly into?

Charles M. Schulz — Sonoma County (STS) is closest, about 25 minutes away. San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are both roughly an hour and forty minutes north.

Is there parking at the villa?

There is no parking at the villa, so the shuttle is required for the wedding day.

Can I bring a guest?

Your invitation will note the number of seats reserved in your name. Please reach out with any questions.

Are children welcome?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Let us know in your RSVP and our team at the villa will take care of you.

Gifts & RSVP

When should I RSVP?

Kindly respond by August 1, 2027 so we can finalize the evening.

How do I RSVP?

RSVPs are not open just yet. A link will appear here once formal invitations are sent, so please check back then.

Where are you registered?

We are registered with Crate & Barrel and Zola, and have also set up a Honeymoon Fund. You can find all the details on our Registry page.
